Day Twenty-eight – Tree Garden

A willow weeps
chocolate greens and browns,
a honey oak
who’s wisdom abounds.

A fernery
not so stuck in the  dark,
a bamboo tree
in the sunshine stark.

A little canopy
for the ground covers below,
creeping boughs
with no place to go.

A bunch of leaves
singing in the sun,
are all that remains
when Spring is done.
